Please know that I do not dub myself a guru of happiness. Plus, I have much to feel blessed about, especially with my naturally happy husband who inspires me to be emotionally stronger. I'm keeping and sharing this link for my own memory and reference, as well as following my heart to share it for anyone else looking at this link and curious about it. In addition, this article inspires and motivates me to stick my walking goals regardless of the temperature outside for both today and for the rest of my current lifetime.
