I'm proud to be an American born woman and I intend and dream of purchasing a completely paid for home for my husband and I by the year 2025 or sooner regardless of what my critics think. Additionally, I understand that immigration actually strengthens our country in various ways.  However, this article on Justin Trudeau of Canada was in my personalized Yahoo newsfeed less than 18 hours ago and within 8 hours after I pondered on my dreams of which of the three countries to visit (Canada, New Zealand, England)and live in for three months out of the year if I was to live in my current lifetime to see at least my 60's (the 2040s) andor at least my  70s (2050s) or later. I think Trudeau means well with this measure and is  expressing a goodwill gesture for the refugees to the many people around the world who are most likely watching what is going on in America very closely.

Affirmations For Today
I'm blessed with high creativity and energy levels that expand more each day.

My inner strength and resolve are expanding as I successfully transform issues/challenges into
vehicles for greater wisdom/opportunity.

I admit that one of the first things that I noticed is that each of the women representing images of the wives of Henry seem to contain a similar fabric pattern of what looks to be velvet. Additionally, I would have to do online research later today andor this week to see which wife it was, yet less than 10 years ago I saw some info that suggests at least one of the eight wives had such a strong connection to Henry that was only severed by her sudden death (this particular death was not by his hand).

The picture of the little boy's facial expression seems in conflict with the message of this article, yet I admit to keeping this article because of the good points pointing to reading and watching movies as some of the ways to relax. Additionally, I respectfully disagree with the sleep set point because the advice overlooks that each person's sleep set point and lifestyle is different. Additionally, the article also overlooks that work stress is not always the culprit to how much a person sleeps especially if the person now has a better job. For me, I have found that I'm able to sleep better when I stick to my night-time walking routine and my love of listening to music at night regardless of what goes on in my life.

It is extremely tragic that Patton Oswalt's wife suddenly died in her sleep at only 46 years of age. It is obvious and understandable that Patton Oswalt would still grieve over his wife. As for Tony Brust, there was no reason whatsoever for him to attack Oswalt's late wife and somehow make it political. Obviously, Brust got more public attention than he bargained for by going after Oswalt. However, I want to avoid jumping on the bandwagon to show glee at what happened to Oswalt because once again he got more public attention positive and negative than he bargained for. He probably will eventually find a realtor job again in the future with maybe newfound awareness that one has to err on the side of caution on the comments they post on twitter even if having a challenging day. Regardless of whether what I am about to share is popular, as of about a couple of weeks ago, I now often post on twitter with the awareness that my coworkers andor other people outside of my job(whether supporters andor rivals) could be looking at my posts and watch what I write accordingly. This story proves that even on a public forum a person could be watched by so many others more than they know whether they themselves are famous or live in obscurity.

Please understand that I feel that it is a good thing that the Washington Post has covered a story on the Norfolk, Virginia area. However, I consider the Norfolk Virginia area/Hampton Roads Virginia area to be outside of the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. This is especially because a person can only commute from the Norfolk Virginia area to the Washington D.C. area for work if they have a car (due to the distance of travel from Norfolk Virginia to the Washington D.C. area). However, visiting friends and family frequently would be affordable and doable because of the short-timeframe that the Greyhound and Amtrak would facilitate between Norfolk and the Washington D.C. area.  Regardless, my prayers to the friends and family affected by what happened and may the man's soul rest in peace.

I admit that I have actually started to commit to doing this in 2017 and I have been able to stretch my money and lose 7 pounds in just three weeks. I actually first heard this very shocking song that is Big Empty by Stone Temple Pilots around the time I was a teenager. However, for whatever reason, this song came on my iheartradio app when I was trying to get another song to play after listening to a certain song many times. I was actually walking home from my work back to my apartment when this song unexpectedly played. I clocked out of my job around 903 pm and I was back inside my apartment around 1014 pm (after I had walked home from work for my daily exercise). Anyhow, for whatever reason,  Big Empty by Stone Temple Pilots played by around 1017 pm and for some strange reason, the song popped in my head less than five minutes before it played after I was getting another song to play (around 1014 pm). Even my husband thought this was eerie. I’m well aware of how crazy I may be judged for even sharing my explanation. However, I think I know why I might have unexpectedly heard this song, but I’m going to follow my intuition by keeping it to myself in maybe my offline writings andor my husband if he asks. Nonetheless, I am also keeping this explanation to Big Empty by Stone Temple Pilots more as an intuitive reminder to myself on how I thought of a song and less than five minutes later the song unexpectedly plays when I was trying to get another song to play-I’m about to share that song in less than 3 minutes.

The song that I was trying to play on my iheartradio app when Big Empty by Stone Temple Pilots unexpectedly came on (less than five minutes after it popped up in my head for whatever reason) during my walk home from work back to my apartment was Drive by Incubus.  I admit that Drive by Incubus came on in my personalized favorites radio station and I decided to play it multiple times tonight as present and future spiritual encouragement/nourishment for my intuitive/creative soul/spirit.

I am sharing Best Day of My Life by American Authors as a gentle reminder and encouragement to myself to continue to nurture my creativity both in the present and future regardless of how I am judged (knowing that following my creative actions (my writings, collecting certain songs etc. are done with harm-free intent).

Enjoy the Silence by Depeche Mode

Enjoy the Silence by Depeche Mode is a classic alternative rock gem that was recently played on my personalized favorites iheart radio station and the iheartradio 90s channel less than 2-3 hours ago. I also first heard Enjoy the Silence by Depeche Mode around the time I was 10 years old and I have my husband (Rusty Ridler) to thank for eventually opening my mind to listening more to Depeche Mode since around my mid-twenties with a greatest hits collection that he bought for me. I know that there are some people looking at this who already know what I am talking about (I am referring to the Depeche Mode singles collection that my husband bought for me for our one year wedding anniversary over 12 years ago-yes, we have been happily married for 13 years).

I admit that I also heard this Jump by Kriss Kross less than 2 hours ago on the iheartradio 90s radio station. However, I was in middle school when I first heard Jump by Kriss Kross.

For the song Sing by Ed Sheeran, I truthfully got the idea to listen to Sing by Ed Sheeran some time (about a half hour or less) after I had gotten clocked out of  work. What happened was towards the end of my work shift (less than a half hour or less before I clocked out) I accidently pocked dialed my amazon music app which played the song Shape of You by Ed Sheeran on the Justin Bieber radio station of Amazon music. I was surprised by this because I know the rules about when to use my cell phone and I did not expect to pocket dial my Amazon music app much less activate one of the radio stations.
