Some peppy songs for today: Irresistible by Fall Out Boy feat. Demi Lovato and Army of Two by Olly Murs. Sweet Dream by Beyonce-I remember first being entranced by the Sweet Dreams by Beyonce song back in 2009. I still enjoy this song to this day and I admit that it is one of my top five favorite Beyonce songs. I have good reasons for keeping this brilliant yet sensual song away from my Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook accounts while only sharing it on my googleplus, tumblr, and wordpress accounts (the benefits of obscurity). I am leaning towards including this song in my free style story as well (that I intend to post by midnight). However, I intend to leave out of my apartment within the next 8 minutes of writing this message to walk approximately 6 miles so it might be a bit before I write the freestyle story even though I plan for the story to have around just 400-450 words). I recently heard Sweet Dreams by Beyonce on iheartradio, but you can also hear this song on youtube, pandora, amazon.com, and other online sources. The song is from Beyonce's I Am Sasha Fierce collection.

I know that I posted a link similar to this just yesterday. However, with the support and encouragement of my husband, I now have my mind made up to try the Writing For Flair class.

This classic song is coming up in one of my freestyle stories today but I have personal and good reasons for only sharing this cool song of Time of the Season by the Zombies on Googleplus, tumblr,and youtube. I enjoy accessing iheartradio, pandora, and amazon for many superb songs that I am introduced to that I otherwise may not hear in a while and I have to credit pandora for recently playing the time of the season song (in addition to All Right Now by Free and Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress by the Hollies). Meanwhile Army of Two by Olly Murs and Irresistible by Fall Out Boy Feat. Demi Lovato played on one of my personalized favorite radio stations on iheartradio. I wish that I could remember where I first heard the song Heart Skips a Beat by Olly Murs, yet I have to credit youtube for re-introducing the song to me through their personalized recommended videos feed. I admit that I also have these songs saved in my liked playlist on the youtube account that is connected with me sharing the Time of the Season song by the Zombies.

I have had both a logical and intuitive feeling that I need to commit to Toastmasters in order to improve on my communication and writing skills for quite some time that I prefer to keep secret (regardless of the job andor career role that I hold). I even heard from an instructor I admire from the academic environment bluntly imply that I would take off as a person if I can match my speaking skills to my writing persona. I am glad to have came across this link for 2017 encouragement to aim to become a part of Toastmasters.

I understand that there is a well-meaning recent Washington Post article trying to imply the opposite and I must avoid jumping to conclusions  before assuming that the writer of such an article piece is a family member or friend of an apartment landlord. However, most people can see that houses in the Washington D.C. area are being priced to the point that a person would have to be employed in the federal government andor making at least 3000 dollars after taxes to purchase a home in the metropolitan Washington D.C. area. There are still plenty of homes that are $90,000 dollars or less left in many areas across the United States. Since 2008 alone, I calculate that my husband and I have paid out over $70,000 dollars towards rent just for apartments (which proves David Bach's point of at least paying so much money towards a house or rent to own would at least generate something to show for it). I wish that I could go back in 2008 and tell my younger self to make up my mind on where I want to live long-term and purchase a home ($90,000 or less) for my husband and I.

I wanted Hillary Clinton to become president. However, I have found Ivanka Trump to be a classy person ever since I saw an article feature on her via a Travel & Magazine issue (back around 2011). Yes, I had ordered one of her books back in December 2014 (before I even knew that her father Donald Trump was going to run for President) and I even pre-ordered one of her books due to be released. I do not blame Ivanka Trump or her husband Jared Kushner for moving into the Washington D.C. area and living in a home in that area. My husband and I enjoy living in the Washington D.C. area and would purchase a home here in the area as well if we were that rich. On an unrelated note, this is partially why I am eyeing the Norfolk, Virginia area for purchasing a home for my husband and I.  Purchasing a house in the Norfolk Virginia area is close enough to the Washington D.C. area that my husband and I both love, but with the benefit of a cheaper house. I prefer to keep it secret when I move to the Norfolk, Virginia area because I have to confirm the timeline with my husband, as well as pick a timeframe when I am ready to give my current employer at least at three week notice. Last, but not least, (and why I kept this comment away from my facebook, twitter, and yahoo comment feed), I plan on consulting in a psychic in either February or March 2017 on the best timeframe to move to Norfolk, Virginia and give my current employer a three week notice. Please avoid telling me the benefits of renting verses purchasing a home. Even I know that purchasing a home is worth it when it is common knowledge that many highly respected, highly liked andor wealthy people own homes. Anyone that tries to say otherwise may be well-meaning, but even I know that the pros of owning a home and at least having something to show for it after paying $70,000 to $80,000 dollars or more outweigh the cons versus paying the same for an apartment rental but secretly praying that the apartment landlord shows mercy on their right to raise apartment rents to how high they want on a yearly or sometimes more frequent basis if they want to.

          I remember having a chance watching the Singing in the Rain film in autumn 2012 via a college class (one of my college instructors was showing the film as part of a class that combines movies and film analysis). I admit that this story caught my attention for multiple reasons. The first reason being; Charlie Brotman was listed to have worked in this job since his 20's. The second reason; the article says that he consults for a public relations firm which gives me the takeaway to learn a skill that I could use that I can carry over in case I live to be 89 years old or longer (the year 2069 or later).

I first saw a related story on Charlie Brotman less than a few days ago via msn.com.  I truly believe that Brotman is going to do well regardless of how long he lives because he has a background of public relations career experience to fall back on.
