Yesterday
there was barbecue rotisserie chicken served part of the time at chef’s table.
One of the cooks that I interface with a lot seemed surprise that it was going
pretty fast yet he seemed to at least be understanding when I explained
probably because of it being barbecue chicken. The students seemed to enjoy the
chicken making it go pretty quickly. Another item that went pretty quickly at
the station I worked at was the Rosemary chicken and the gouda penne pasta.
Sunday I worked at the Vegan station and of course the fruit was pretty
popular. Surprisingly, I noticed that many of the students that day asked for
the cauliflower. Each time I work at the vegan station I notice that many of
the students also enjoy the guacamole as that product needs to be
replenished/refilled each time I am at the station.
