Yesterday at
the chef’s table where I worked chicken was served part of the day at the
carving station and then pork shoulder. As expected the pork shoulder went
quicker, not as quick as the days when Brisket and Italian Roast Beef are served
but quicker than the chicken. In terms of the vegetables, the brussel sprouts,
broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans tend to go the fastest. When the
cheesecake came out yesterday in the evening, that too seemed to go pretty
quickly as a dessert that the students liked. I too was guilty of having some
cheesecake yesterday but I fortunately still lost some weight from last night.
